Payment Terms for Prompt Digi Mart Digital Solutions
1. Payment Obligations
1.1 Services and Fees:
- The client agrees to pay the fees specified in the proposal or contract for the digital marketing services provided. The fees are outlined based on the agreed- upon scope of work, deliverables, and pricing structure.
1.2 Payment Schedule:
Payment for digital marketing services shall be made according to the following schedule:
- The client should pay the 100% Advance Payment for the all Digital Solutions
- Based on the Volume requirement Client must pay at least 50% Advance Payment
2. Additional Costs
2.1 Additional Services:
- Any additional services requested by the client that are beyond the original scope of work may result in additional fees. These fees will be communicated to the client and agreed upon before the commencement of the additional work.
3. Taxes
3.1 Tax Responsibility:
- The client is responsible for any applicable taxes related to the digital marketing services provided by Prompt Digi Mart. All fees quoted are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified.
